Adviceguide is the online CAB information service that gives you information on your rights and helps you take the first steps in sorting out problems. The site covers a wide range of topics, including benefits, employment, housing, and has help on debt, consumer and legal issues. There is information in other languages, and also a large number of fact sheets to print off and use for reference.

As well as looking at Adviceguide, you might find our useful links section helpful. It features links to government, charity and other organisations' websites that might help you to solve your problem.

Bath and District Citizens Advice Bureau is a generalist advice service. We can give you free, confidential, impartial and independent information and advice on a huge range of subjects. We also offer some specialist advice services including Money advice and Welfare benefits.

We can work with you to sort out any debt worries or help you claim any benefits you may be entitled to. We can help with housing and employment problems, or deal with queries about consumer or tax issues. We can advise on legal matters, answer questions about immigration, and we have lots of experience on family and personal matters too.
